The Time Is Now

We live in an evolving, innovation-driven world.  Educators are faced with the challenge of designing learning environments to prepare learners for a world they don’t know will look like. If the most important skills for the future rest on one’s ability to create, ask and seek questions, and be a thought partner, then educators must enter classrooms with these traits.

A Solution

The Learning Designer Lab provides future educators with a rich, immersive learning experience where they can grow as creative professionals who develop new knowledge and continually further their own learning. To prepare candidates to be lifelong learners, the Learning Designer Lab provides two years of onsite preparation and unlimited access to resources, workshops, and a professional network upon graduation.

The two years of rigorous onsite programming is comprised of: guided, school based placements; fieldwork in artistic workshops and design studios; training in the design process; limitless access to classroom simulation software; and an innovative, collaborative workspace. Learning Designers will leave the program with a strong foundation to design learning environments for an evolving future.

Why Learning Designer Lab?
